Biblical verses on the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

There are several verses in the Bible that suggests the Trinity if you ask God for a faith as big as a mustard seed–a faith much much smaller than the rock of faith that Felix Manalo demands of you: that you must believe his testimony that he was the one commissioned by God to re-establish the Church that Jesus Himself failed to prevent from being overcome by the gates of Hell (c.f. Mt 16:18). Indeed, Jesus spoke about Felix Manalo: “I came in the name of my Father, but you do not accept me; yet if another comes in his own name, you will accept him.” (Jn 5:43). You may like to meditate on these verses:

1. Ascension of Jesus

The eleven* disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had ordered them.17* When they saw him, they worshiped, but they doubted.18* g Then Jesus approached and said to them, “All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me.19h Go, therefore,* and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit,20i teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.* And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Mt 28:16-20)

2. The Son and the Father

Jesus answered and said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, a son cannot do anything on his own, but only what he sees his father doing;k for what he does, his son will do also. 20For the Father loves his Son and shows him everything that he himself does, and he will show him greater works than these, so that you may be amazed.l 21For just as the Father raises the dead and gives life,* so also does the Son give life to whomever he wishes.m 22Nor does the Father judge anyone, but he has given all judgment* to his Son,n 23so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him. 24Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life and will not come to condemnation, but has passed from death to life.o 25Amen, amen, I say to you, the hour is coming and is now here when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.p 26For just as the Father has life in himself, so also he gave to his Son the possession of life in himself.q 27And he gave him power to exercise judgment, because he is the Son of Man.r 28* Do not be amazed at this, because the hour is coming in which all who are in the tombs will hear his voices 29and will come out, those who have done good deeds to the resurrection of life, but those who have done wicked deeds to the resurrection of condemnation. (Jn 5:19-29)

2. Holy Spirit

15“If you love me, you will keep my commandments.j 16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate* to be with you always,k 17the Spirit of truth,* which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows it. But you know it, because it remains with you, and will be in you.l 18I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.* (Jn 14:15-18)

25“I have told you this while I am with you. 26The Advocate, the holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name—he will teach you everything and remind you of all that [I] told you. (Jn 14:25)

While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” 3Then, completing their fasting and prayer, they laid hands on them and sent them off. * So they, sent forth by the holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia and from there sailed to Cyprus. (Acts 13:2-4)
