    Hi Joseph,

I don’t know much about him. I only know he is into paranormal psychology. Some links:

Phenomena and their interpretation: Landmark essays, 1957-1989 By Jaime C. Bulatao

Personally, unless paranormal powers are used for building up the Kingdom of God (e.g. St. Cure d’Ars or Priest-Exorcists appointed by Bishops) and coupled with humility and strong prayer life–devotion to mass and rosary–it is easy to be led astray. Opening the third eye allows one to see spirits both angels and demons. It is a terrifying gift. It is better to live by faith and follow the teachings of the Catholic Church.

I do not know about Fr. Bulatao’s prayer life. I googled “Bulatao Mary rosary”. There are no articles.
